Golf

Diamondhead continues to meet the high standards for golf along the Gulf Coast with our two 18 hole courses and indoor/outdoor Golf Academy. Diamondhead golf offers players of all abilities a wonderful and unforgettable golf experience! Our layout is sure to live up to all of your expectations. The major challenges to our two courses are their tree-lined fairways. From tee to green, you will encounter a variety of shots, whether it is the well-placed bunkers and water that comes into play on the Pine Course, or the wooded, gently rolling terrain with no parallel fairways and extra long sand bunkers on the Cardinal Course.

The 19th Hole Bar & Grill offers a casual setting to kick back with your favorite beverage, and enjoy a classic breakfast or burger after playing. Live entertainment is offered on Thursday and Friday evenings.

Maluhia Garden

The Maluhia Garden is a volunteer-maintained, contribution-funded garden designed as a pleasing site for walking and enjoying nature. The garden’s property was originally owned by Diamondhead Property Owners Association (POA) but was turned over to the City of Diamondhead. Through fundraisers, grants and donations of horticulture, material and labor, the garden has been landscaped and developed with 11 flower beds bordered with castle wall bricks, a watering system, power to key areas in the garden, three bridges, a flagpole and seating area for VFW Post 2880, a gazebo, a gardener’s retreat, 900-feet of walkway, 470-feet of fencing, a sign designating the garden, a dedication brick installation area shaped like the Diamondhead logo.

Most recently, a Blue Star Memorial Byway marker was installed and dedicated as part of a veterans memorial area. Capital projects for the future include: expansion of the irrigation system, two covered seating areas adjacent to the walkway, rebuilding the western bridge (on Diamondhead Drive) to make it handicap-accessible and an additional bridge from the walkway to Alawai Drive.
