Bayou Drive Kayak Launch

The Kayak Launch was damaged in a storm late 2021 and not available for use at this time.

The Bayou Drive Kayak Launch is available for residents and visitors.  There is a parking area available near the launch.  This launch drops you into the Rotten Bayou Blueway.  This trail is 9 miles and ends at the Diamondhead Marina.  Many kayakers simply launch and end in this one location when they are looking for a shorter paddle.  You will enjoy smooth paddle in this quiet bayou.
